Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a key contributor in a fast-paced environment, you will support sales representatives and retail partners by creating high-quality, brand-compliant visual assets. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and adaptability to meet the demands of a diverse and evolving product portfolio across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update a variety of print and digital materials including retail signage, menus, and branded marketing collateral
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across materials
  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects, consistently meeting deadlines in a high-volume production environment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and departments to align creative output with business objectives
  • Prepare accurate and press-ready artwork; review final materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Participate in concept development, creative problem-solving, and product mock-ups as needed
  • Support production tasks and assist with daily operational needs of the department
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain high standards of work under pressure

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, production-focused environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory- preferred
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); familiarity with print production standards
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to take direction, work independently, and contribute to a team-oriented culture
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve creatively and execute high-quality visual solutions quickly and efficiently
