Overview

We’re seeking a sharp, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment to join our team.  This unique role will be integral to our Supply Chain team, while also serving as a welcoming and organized front desk Administrative Assistant in our Lenexa Headquarters. The Pricing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting pricing entries across all sales teams. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position supports compliance initiatives and helps coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Lenexa facility. This is a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to the business and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update item sales and purchase pricing in ASW.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data across selling teams.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from internal and external customers.
  • Crosstrain with the supply chain team to understand all roles and provide coverage during team members’ absences.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives with pricing processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Greet visitors and guests with professionalism, ensuring interactions remain efficient and respectful of time.
  • Coordinate general office maintenance promptly and efficiently with approved vendors to ensure a clean and functional environment.
  • Manage conference room calendars and support meeting logistics, including setup, equipment, materials, and catering.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Execute other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High level of integrity, commitment, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Strong customer service and relationship skills, including oral and written communication (phone/email).
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience; background in the alcohol industry is preferred but not required. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint
