Warehouse Repack Associate, Day Shift

Repack Associate:

Standard Beverage is currently searching for team members to join the Returns Department in our Lawrence, Kansas distribution center. This role will have responsibility for cleaning and repackaging damaged products and ensuring they are fit for resale. The ideal candidate must be dependable, have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well with minimal supervision. The work schedule for this position is Monday from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM and Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

• Repacking damaged beer, wine, and spirits. This includes cleaning broken glass or other debris from product and packaging.
• Sorting and staging of product to be repackaged.
• Ensuring all products being repacked are in date code and meet the acceptable standards to be repackaged - No torn or stained labels. No damaged, dented, broken, or leaking product.
• Disposal and destruction of out of code, spoiled, or unsaleable product.
• Follow safety handling practices to minimize accidents.
• Ordering of all repack material and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area by adhering to Company safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as directed.

• Must meet minimum production requirement.
• Must wear all company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): gloves and safety glasses.
• Must be dependable and able to report for all assigned shifts.
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Must demonstrate a strong ability to work well independently.
• Must maintain accident-free equipment operation.
• Must be able to perform tasks efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate and interact well with coworkers and managers.
• Must be able to consistently lift 25 pounds.
